Welcome!

A small group of loving Christians

Do not let our size fool you. We may be a small congregation, compared to many religious organizations, but we know each other and demonstrate our love one to another. We enjoy a family atmosphere, and for good reason—we are the family of God! We hope you will visit us and see for yourself.

The Bible is taught with reverence

We will not insult your intelligence by asking you to listen to us talk about politics, world governments, our religious neighbors, nor personal opinion. We urge you to bring your Bible and enjoy God’s Word taught in understandable lessons. We believe that God wants us to understand His will for us, and that He has given us, through the Bible, “all things that pertain to life and godliness,” (2 Peter 1:3).

Worship is in “spirit and in truth.”

Jesus said, “God is a spirit, and they that worship Him, must worship in spirit and in truth,” (John 4:24). We are very serious in our worship to our heavenly Father. We are not so bold as to think God should accept just any kind of worship. Since He has told us, through His Word, how He wants to be worshiped, we respect His will and follow His divine pattern for acceptable worship, the New Testament. Therefore, if we cannot find a certain practice in the New Testament, we cannot accept it in our worship services. After all, our purpose is to please God, and not ourselves. For this reason, you will notice that our worship services are conducted “decently and in order” (1 Corinthians 14:40).

If you decide to visit us, and we really hope that you will, you will be welcomed as our honored guest. We look forward to meeting you, and trust that you will want to continue to visit us. Bring your Bible and come share the joy we have found in worshiping God, and listening to the teaching of His Holy Word.

Bible Verse

When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have ordained, What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him? For You have made him a little lower than the angels, And You have crowned him with glory and honor. — Psalm 8:3-5 (NKJV)
